Meriwether is different type of advisory firm in that we combine personal service and comprehensive financial planning with a values-based focus. For us, a core value is our faith in God and a responsibility to steward well the resources He has given us. We believe that same responsibility rests on us all – and this drives us to intentionally integrate our faith and wealth – as we seek to bless and serve our communities with our lives.

We also offer values-based investment strategies, which is an investment approach using mutual funds and ETF’s which screen and exclude companies engaged in activities that may conflict with faith-driven values, such as tobacco, gambling, or abortion. Instead, many of these funds prioritize companies that uphold responsible business practices and contribute positively to society. We offer these values-based funds in multiple investment strategies that are based on various risk levels, so that these investments can be available to clients with varying investment objectives and risk tolerances.

These core values guide our day-to-day actions. They define our company and give our team members examples to follow and a spirit to embody.

We are committed to allocating a portion of our profits back into the communities we serve. We partner with local non-profits and initiatives as well as other companies and government agencies in our communities who are working to serve others. As of 2024, we have given over $150,000 to support causes and organizations in our communities.
