Prior to joining the Meriwether team in 2024, John Michael worked for a local accounting and consulting firm, specializing in the financial services industry. A native of Stonewall, he graduated from North Desoto High School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana Tech University in 2022.
John Michael serves as a financial advisor at Meriwether, holding a Series 65 license. In addition to managing client relationships, he collaborates with the firm’s advisory team on specialized projects for clients. Based in the Shreveport area, John Michael works out of Meriwether’s Minden and Ruston offices. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. John Michael is an active member of Norris Ferry Community Church in Shreveport.
